Ms. Sadia Irin is an internationally certified IFC LPI Certified Trainer (World Bank Group, Int.) and a CBT&A Methodology Level IV Certified Trainer & Assessor (NSDA & BTEB) with over 12 years of experience across education, banking, training, and business sectors. She specializes in Entrepreneurship Development, CBT&A, soft skills, and industry-focused training delivery.

She is also a certified Entrepreneurship Development Trainer (ToT – SME Foundation) and has completed multiple ToT programs, enabling her to design and deliver high-impact training for professionals and entrepreneurs.

Currently serving as the Principal of The MEPPD, she leads training and capacity-building initiatives. She is also the Founder & Head Chef of “Dessertable by Sadia Irin” and an NSDA Certified Trainer & Assessor (Bakery & Pastry Production, Level 3).

She holds a BBA from IBA, Jahangirnagar University and an MBA in HRM (CGPA 4.00/4.00), along with 7+ years of corporate experience at Standard Chartered Bank.
